When Tiger’s downswing is 6.5 frames or more, you can pretty much count on him winning (unless he can’t hole a putt, or tees off in a monsoon). This was clearly evident in his win yesterday. I watched some of the telecast and caught his swing on 11 where he hit an atrocious tee shot. His downswing was 6 frames and in an effort to save the shot, he came out of his posture (something you rarely see). Contrast that with his great swing on #…well, he had many great swings, and those were 7 frames on the downswing with better posture.
How can this help your game? Tune in tomorrow when I shed some light and tempo and mechanics and how they are inseparable.
