Here is a short clip with some warm up moves. You can use this before you play, hit balls, and/or do your Speedball workouts.
These are just a few of the moves I make to get my body warmed up. I feel that swinging a golf club is an athletic movement and you need to warm up accordingly.
I usually do 10 reps per side and always do both sides. For this video, I’m just doing a few reps to show you what to do.
Take it easy! As you get older, you need more time to warm up and you need to take it easier. Don’t rush any moves and don’t try to break any records in mobility.
After I do this initial warm up, I’ll hit some y drill and L drill wedges and the warm up some more before I make full swings.
